Join us for something completely new in Karlovy Vary: Competitive Debating in English.

What is it about? A competitive debate is a game. In this game you get a motion (- for example: “Homework is a kind of child abuse.” -) And you must agree or disagree with it. The aim of the game is to make as strong arguments as possible to beat the other team. Like in other games, there are several rules, there is a time limit and a referee (judge) to keep the score and decide who the winner is.

 

When is it? Every Tuesday from 16.30 – 18.00 starting from the 24th of September.

 

Do I have to register? Yes, because the minimum amount of participants is 6, but the maximum is 12.
